I just finished today's 91 mile ride. It was a very slow ride day for me and required many unplanned quick stops along the road and a run for the bushes. I am beat tonight, so will not be doing today's blog until I am better, hopefully soon. Tomorrow's ride is shorter at 67 miles and I hope with a good night's sleep, the day will be easier with more energy.
I might add that as I rode further into Louisiana, I saw what to me were some interesting things. Stay tuned!
Strange that life continues to happen even though you wanted "time out" for your bike ride.
ReplyDeleteHope you can just enjoy what you can and not worry about what you may have missed.
Well, it's good to hear that you made it through a tough day. Tough enough when you're in good health but extra tough when youre not. Pretty impressive. Hope you feel bettersoon.

ReplyDeleteYou are one tough guy. Way to tough it out!!
ReplyDeleteI'm so saddened hearing about your extreme illness. I think Robin's comment above is very wise. I admire your perseverance and pray for continued recovery and good riding ahead.
ReplyDeleteHOPE YOU ARE WELL.
