I am taking the rest of today off as a rest day after getting the last two days of blogs caught up. My stomach nausea is much better today and I was actually able to eat some items at breakfast this morning. I am still tired and not up to snuff, so I think an afternoon nap is waiting for me!

  1. Good plan. Relax and recharge. There's plenty of ride time left which you will enjoy more when you are feeling better.

BTW,I have no idea why some of my comments post twice. When I go to delete the second copy it always says I don't have access to the account.

  3. Rest up and great ready for some beautiful riding in Alabama. The ride to Dauphin Island will be awesome, then get ready to stuff yourself with fresh seafood for two days. After the brief ferry ride across the bay, you will past an old military fort. Then if you pass Lulu's Home Port Restaurant on the Intercostal waterway in Gulf Shores (Jimmie Buffet's Sister), the best Hamburger in Alabama (or I will give you your money back). Then on up to Milton FL. White sand; awesome views, and a fun ride awaits you.
